Founded in Denver, Colorado in 2020, KO Luxury Organizing has transformed hundreds of homes — from mountain residences to coastal retreats in Hawaii, and even across the Canadian border — always with the same goal: to create spaces that are as effortless as they are elegant.
We combine a designer's eye with a methodical process — merging aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability — to ensure every system feels intuitive, elevated, and completely customized.

Founder & Lead Organizer
Kristi launched KO Luxury Organizing in 2020 after more than 20 years in corporate executive and project-management roles, where she honed her expertise in systems, structure, and strategic design. Today, she channels that experience into crafting spaces that help clients live more intentionally and beautifully.
Her signature KO Method is equal parts structure and soul — emphasizing clarity, efficiency, and calm. Known for her luxury-level detail, she has led more than 1,000 organizing projects across closets, pantries, garages, and entire homes, always blending practicality with polish.
Based in Denver, Kristi draws inspiration from Colorado’s natural beauty and her travels around the world. When she’s not transforming spaces, you’ll find her hiking mountain trails, kayaking alpine lakes, or spending time with her husband, James, and their dog, Lily (aka Queen of the Omdahl house!).

Organizing Specialist
Katie is the kind of person who will reorganize her already organized pantry — just because it's fun! With a master’s degree in education and a background as a collegiate swimmer, she brings focus, discipline, and precision to every project.
As a married mom of three, Katie understands that real homes are living, breathing spaces — and her genius lies in creating systems that work beautifully and stay that way. Her teaching background gives her a natural ability to guide clients through change with warmth, patience, and clarity.
From luxury closets to family mudrooms, Katie blends function, aesthetics, and everyday practicality — ensuring every detail serves a purpose. Her energy, eye for design, and deep love of organization make her an integral part of the KO experience.
